History

The History tab keeps a log of your recent transcriptions so you can review, copy, and reference what SpokenCode has typed for you.

What's in History​

The History tab shows your last 50 transcriptions, with the most recent at the top.

Each entry displays:

  • Timestamp — when the recording was made
  • Duration — how long the recording was (in seconds)
  • Transcribed text — the text that was generated and typed

A copy-to-clipboard button on each entry lets you copy the text with one click.

History shows the raw transcribed text, not the AI-generated output. In Snippet Mode, you will see the original spoken sentence — not the code or command that was typed into your app.

Clearing History​

Click the Clear button in the top-right corner of the History tab to delete all entries.

SpokenCode will ask for confirmation before clearing. This action cannot be undone.

Storage​

History is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to any server. It persists between sessions until you clear it or reinstall the app.
